Tokyo are hosting the Olympic & Paralympic Games for the second time, becoming the 5th city to host the Games more than once.
Trivandi was part of the team that provided advice and support to the two main Games delivery organisations – the Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG) and the Tokyo 2020 Organising Committee (TOCOG).
We applied our knowledge and experience to inform key strategic decision making by TMG and TOCOG on the development and refinement of the Games Venue Masterplan, the creation of Venue Briefs and the initial development of Venue Designs. We also provided strategic advice to TOCOG on Operational Planning, Overlay Procurement and Project Governance.
