Glasgow 2014 welcomed 71 Commonwealth nations and territories to the Games, where the athletes competed in 18 able bodied sports and 5 para sports.
Trivandi were at the heart of the Games successful delivery and operation by providing services into the Glasgow 2014 Organising Committee.
Trivandi’s role included, seconding a team to work within the Overlay team to plan and project manage the delivery of overlay at specific venues and to manage several venue – wide technical packages.
Further to this we provided operational integration, regulatory compliance and stakeholder management, strategic advisory services, project management and health and safety assurance and leadership. As well as strategic advisory services Trivandi Directors provided leadership and assurance support to the Glasgow 2014 Executive and developed key strategic plans for the delivery and operation of the venues.
